Learn to Meditate

If you are new to meditation or encounter challenges in maintaining a consistent practice, this program serves as an ideal starting point. Our collaborative sessions are crafted to assist you in establishing a personalized meditation routine. You will acquire proficiency in a straightforward and natural mantra meditation technique, gain insights into the scientific principles underpinning meditation, and receive personalized one-on-one guidance to address any questions or challenges. By the conclusion of our sessions, you will have successfully implemented a sustainable meditation practice and possess the necessary tools to continue your daily routine independently.
Our 6-week package encompasses:

  • A personalized program tailored to your current needs

  • One 75-minute initiation session, followed by five weekly 30-minute sessions

  • Comprehensive sessions comprising instruction, guided meditation, and discussion

  • Coaching to assist you in establishing dedicated space and time for a consistent personal practice

  • Access to pre-recorded mantra meditations for daily support

  • Ongoing accountability and support with me as your partner

Advanced Meditation

If you have consistently upheld a daily practice for six months or more but find yourself at a plateau with your current technique, and you desire a deeper exploration, these sessions are tailored for you. Sequentially incorporating a range of approaches and techniques in breathwork, movement, meditation, and visualization—adjusted based on your capacity and preferences—I will both challenge and guide you. The goal is to facilitate the integration of meditation's power into your fuller expression.
Our 6-week package encompasses:

  • A meticulously tailored program designed to meet you at your current level

  • An inaugural 75-minute initiation session followed by three 30-minute sessions

  • Comprehensive sessions featuring advanced practices, teachings, guided meditations, and discussions

  • Personalized practices and exercises provided for your engagement between sessions

  • Ongoing accountability and support, with me as your dedicated partner

This program constitutes an in-depth exploration into what I term your 'psycho-spiritual' inner relationship. The Self-Study practice creates a transformative space where your highest consciousness can engage in healing the subconscious, leading to profound changes in various aspects of your life. Throughout this transformative journey, you will foster a profound and intimate connection with yourself, cultivate enduring and fulfilling relationships, elevate productivity with greater ease, and develop leadership skills for adept decision-making.

In our collaborative work, I provide a diverse range of meditation techniques and coaching tools tailored to guide your deepest healing and transformation. Notably, this practice recognizes the potential of your highest consciousness to heal the subconscious. Acknowledged for its effectiveness, this practice is often utilized as a valuable alternative or complement to traditional therapy.

  • Weekly 50-minute sessions encompassing comprehensive elements such as conversation, guided meditation, breathwork, visualization, and free-writing practices

  • Tailored practices and exercises provided for engagement between sessions

  • Ongoing accountability and support, with me as your dedicated partner

While the package duration is designed for 6 weeks, it is customary for sessions to continue until you achieve the desired level of inner peace and fulfillment. Presently, this program is exclusively available through private one-on-one in person or video sessions.
