My Story

I have a courageous heart. I believe any spiritual path demands it.

Throughout my life, my courage and curiosity have been my compass, guiding me through the study of mysticism in diverse forms. From learning prayer from my Irish-Catholic grandparents to discovering my inner connection to the divine as a young girl in the Catholic Church, my journey took a turn as I confronted the challenges of the church's dogma. This led me to a broader exploration of world religions and eventually to the discovery of meditation through the mystical traditions of India.

Simultaneously immersed in spiritual studies, I proudly hold a BFA in Fine Art from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, complemented by liberal arts studies in Psychology and Art History at Loyola University Chicago. Over two decades, my creative expression found its outlet in a dynamic career encompassing fashion modeling, trend forecasting, and concept design. This journey unfolded alongside rigorous training in classical traditions—Yoga, Bhakti, Kashmir Shaivism, the Vedas, and Vedanta—under the guidance of revered teachers globally recognized for their wisdom. Additionally, I received extensive learning and guidance in Dr. Gerald Epstein's Mental Imagery through a decade-long mentorship with Dr. Lydia Craigmyle.

Today, I proudly serve as a meditation and spiritual teacher, embracing the roles of a devoted mother, wife, and artist. Drawing from years of dedicated study and daily practice, my teachings are enriched by the profound lessons derived from a challenging, soul-transforming journey towards personal healing. In my guidance, I employ meditation, visualization, breath-work, conversation, and free-writing as foundational tools to bridge the connection between the soul and the mind. With an accessible and sincere approach, my aspiration is that you, too, can embark on a journey of self-healing, discover your innermost truth, and embrace a life adorned with grace.

“Learning to meditate with apps is a great introduction but most people need the nervous system of a teacher to establish a regular meditation practice.”
