It's been a complete privilege to watch lives transformation. I work with people from various backgrounds, that work in all sorts of industries. The foundation to wellbeing is in mediation. If you want to create a life of balance and happiness, you must be able to take action from your essences. This requires regular contact with your essence, which is meditation. It is a tool we use regardless of our religious and philosophical beliefs, our morals and values, or what we do for a living.

I have a courageous heart.  I believe any spiritual path demands it.  And I am lucky to have worked with some of the most respected teachers in the world.  I classically trained for more than two decades in the traditions of Yoga, Bhakti, Vedanta, and Tantric Shaivism. My teacher training was with David Harshada Wagner of Living Meditation, and I continue my studies in the traditions of Vedic Meditation with Maharishi Vyasananda Thom Knoles and Siddha Yoga with Gurumayi Chidvilasananda.  I devoured everything from them and learned a wealth of varying techniques from the devotional to the practical. I teach from the wisdom of these brilliant minds, years of daily practice, and all that I learned from a challenging and soul-changing path toward my own healing. My hope is that through my accessible and honest approach to meditation you get space to explore your own practice. I know that for some, meditation will be a gateway to a deeper path toward healing and, for others, it’s a way to unwind from our realtime hustle. After a 20-year career in international fashion modeling, trend forecasting, and brand building, I’m most at home sitting in meditation and teaching what this practice has generously given me. When I’m not meditating, I’m wrapped up in other creative pursuits like drawing, painting and the deep-diving brand strategy work I do for the fashion, art, design and film industries. I’m excited to work with you.
