A BEGINNER'S MEDITATION COURSE :
RUNNING 3 CONSECUTIVE DAYS IN 2 HOUR EVENING SESSIONS
People have been asking me for a course where they can come, learn the technique and initiate their practice. Here it is, a course modeled after the method I have developed from my many years of study and practice.
If you’ve never meditated before, or you’ve tried and you struggle to maintain a regular practice, this course is for you. I teach a simple, natural technique and provide the tools to establish a regular meditation practice.
The course is taught over three consecutive days and each session is two hours.
I will explain the science and history of meditation, teach a simple, traditional technique, give you guidelines to establish your personal practice, and answer all your questions.
By the end of the week, you will have established your meditation practice and have all the tools to continue your daily practice. You’re always welcome to refresh at any of my future Beginning Meditation courses, free of charge.
